Meet One Summer's Day Animal Sitting And It's Owner
Hi, I'm Asuka Kee. Yes, that's really my name, haha! It's Japanese. If you're an anime fan you probably get it. I decided to start One Summer's Day Animal Sitting because I love animals (and money. Who doesn't, am I right?). I have a Lizard as my logo because of my pet Tropical House Gecko. His name is Chad and he's just a silly little guy.
I grew up on my family's farm, participating in 4-H, doing Girlscouts, and helping my grandparents out with their day to day lives. In highschool I was in AFJROTC, Chorus & Tri-M Music Honor Society, Drama & National Thespian Honor Society, National Art Honor Society, and all my regular classes too. After I graduated I went into the Navy and promptly decided that it wasn't for me. I came home and tried to figure out what I was going to do with my life. I went back to a dream I had pushed aside and decided to go into voice acting. Now I'm sure you're wondering how One Summer's Day fits into all of this. The answer is that in order to be a voice actor you need to have a place to record and equipment to record on, which ties us back to the money part. I created One Summer's Day to help fund my dream! I hope to follow my passion of animals and vocal talent simultaneously and hope I can do it for the rest of my life!

I came up with the name One Summer's Day Animal Sitting from one of my favorite songs (One Summer's Day) out of one of my favorite movies (Spirited Away). I've always been deeply interested in the Japanese culture and grew up watching Studio Ghibli movies, which have greatly influenced the way I view the world. I value all living things, even the ones we can't see and firmly believe, if we all try hard enough, that we can make a bright future with endless kindness and love for future generations and ourselves.
